What does it cost to become a member School on TheHolisticOption.com?
Schools pay an annual fee of $500.00 for a Profile page listing on the site.
How do I edit the personal information in My Account?
Simply go to your School Control Panel under the My Account link at the top middle of the site (seen only if you are logged in), and click the first menu list item, 'Edit Personal Information'.
Can my school be listed under more than one modality on the site?
Because you specified which modalities are applicable to your school's training and course programs while filling out your application, your school will automatically appear within the search results of 'Find a School' for all applicable modalities. To edit this information, follow the instructions above and click 'Save'.
How do I update my credit card or other billing information?
To edit billing information, go to your School Control Panel under the My Account link at the
top center of the site (seen only if you are logged in), and click the second menu list item, 'Update Billing Information'. On that page, you will see the credit card(s) we currently have on file for your account. To edit any one of them, click the 'Edit' link below it and click 'Save'.
How do I retrieve my password if I've forgotten it?
To retrieve your password, click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the Login page. Your password will instantly be sent to the email address that you used to register with.
